Being an introvert doesn't mean you can't be social or lead, it just means you recharge by being alone. I've found that my introversion actually helps me in some ways - I'm more observant, a better listener, and I think deeply before making decisions. The key is to play to your strengths and build a team that complements your skills

Introvert ≠ shy or antisocial. Many successful entrepreneurs are introverts - Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk to name a few. The key is to develop your social skills (which you can do as an introvert) and learn to push outside your comfort zone when necessary.

From a psychological perspective, introversion can be a superpower in entrepreneurship. Introverts tend to be more analytical, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in their decision-making. These traits can be incredibly valuable when starting and running a business. The key is to recognize your strengths and weaknesses and build a team that balances you out.
