What's the revenue model for Zomato/swiggy apart from their platform fee they are charging?

Why are Zomato and Swiggy still not very profitable after charging such high commission fees from restrauants?? 🫥

I'm thinking of starting a laundry business in tier - 1 cities but here the business model is gonna be the business model of swiggy and Zomato . What's your opinion guys?
