Waiting time for customer should be less Something it should have voice kind of system app let say a person calls to ur mobile ai should pick up n other person exactly give description of the product. In kirana storr u go thrrr will be always person will be on phone taking bulk orders on phone Time for vendors should be fixed to aviod waitinh tym for consumers. So much more to tell
