I am currently working with my dad .. we are running a successful kirana store for past 25 years I have joined him 5 years back ,I have good knowledge in this business now but my main challenge is to automate this , My dad isn't ready to leave the Gallanor he can manage without me now Please suggest me some ideas should I continue this or expand new stores in different area .

I had done a project in my final year called Automatic PDS system(I'm ECE graduate so it was like an IoT device). But we did only for 3 items - wheat,rice,oil . Integrated Aadhar and biometric to dispense according to amount fixed for the person, thereby supporting transparency and accountability.

Try something new if succeed u will try history if fail than u aleays have dad kirana store. Waiting time for customer should be less Something it should have voice kind of system app let say a person calls to ur mobile ai should pick up n other person exactly give description of the product. In kirana storr u go thrrr will be always person will be on phone taking bulk orders on phone Time for vendors should be fixed to aviod waitinh tym for consumers. So much more to tell

If you want to expand the business I think you will expand it in horizontal way! For an example incentivze the consumer to get loyal consumer base! Building a another store is a good ideation but it will worked well if you have a brand identity or persona to interact with consumer!

Bro we all know that kirana store's Business is dieing and now you have enough to start any business so I will suggest you to start any hard tech or manufacturing based business also you can Start manufacturing of pulp based energy drink , broomstick brand , vehicle reparing franchise brand and what about waffle and Cream roll brand with different verities .
