Too colorful imo, you should keep the background as minimalist as possible. Also experiment with font color, font and change the button color too

I have one suggestion if u want see there is always a problem that the people forget to use upper case and lower case so by ussing javascript or any other language u can make a code in such a way that user have to sentence as a password and then whenever he log in to that he do not have use upper lower just the sentence for passpowrd should be correct doens't matter that it is in upper case or lower

Look quite vibrant and enough for the end user . But to elevate the experience , change the colour of forgot password as it is hiding due to gradient effect . Also sign in button seems basic which may be designed better .
