Engagement is crucial for this, but creating content takes time, and in their free time, they might not want to reply to professional messages. An AI-powered bot that acts on their behalf and replies to messages would be a great solution. If this bot could handle multiple channels, it would be a unique selling point. However, the challenges lie in model training and ensuring security. I'm not entirely sure about the complexities, but that's my understanding.
