Hi 👋 New here , Two ideas to get validation and exposure. 1. A Ticket handler it's like a service provider app which handles the customer or internal tickets. You say there are alot, lefting behind Zoho all other are not from India. Zoho should progress alot. Building this sort of eco system will help Indian market boom.💥 Because, fresh works is a like a way app, but they charge 10$ for each ticket. We can build an AI powered ticket handler which deals with less amount as we build without any help of SAAS Systems. 2. 1 in all Messages - For example now a days GEN-Z's use alot of platforms to chat, so we can get all the apps in 1 AI Bot that will be holding on the screens. Any message in any platform holds up by the AI and let them reply from the BOT. WhatsApp, Insta, LInkedin, Twitter, Snapchat all in 1 bot, just any 1 messages that pop's out to the AI not floating on the screen catches it and let it send out.
