Time is a constraint that can be considered like preparing for a job for 2-3 years , that's a big turn off because you never know if you will succeed, also from the financial point of view, business is preferred ,whilst you may have some perks in a govt job with a stability but building a business with your own hands means leveling up to a whole different level while upgrading yourself. So giving a time span of 2-3 years for preparing a govt job is not worth it , it's better to work on upgrading your skills rather then becoming a book worm. Then again everyone's preferences vary so accordingly you may chose
