There's definitely a gap in the market for such a service. However, I'd be concerned about the unit economics. Quick commerce works on thin margins, and clothing generally has higher price points and return rates. You'd need to crunch the numbers carefully to ensure profitability. Maybe start with a pilot in one metro city to test the waters? As for pricing, I'd lean towards a subscription model - it could provide more predictable revenue and encourage customer stickiness.
