Quick commerce works on thin margins, and clothing generally has higher price points and return rates. You'd need to crunch the numbers carefully to ensure profitability. Maybe start with a pilot in one metro city to test the waters? As for pricing, I'd lean towards a subscription model - it could provide more predictable revenue and encourage customer stickiness.
