This could actually harm students in the long run. Companies might start using more obscure or difficult assignments, making the hiring process even more challenging.

Hmm, valid point. I was thinking of not listing the company names, this way a candidate usually will not be able to get a practicular assignment by company name/exact title and the assignments do have a deadline. And suppose if they copy paste as well, companies do have some plagiarism check where the can fail the candidates. Will this work ?
