Why is no one offering work from home only roles anymore? At max what I am getting is hybrid roles where I have to come to office like 2-3 days a week at least. And this is also rare, majority are asking to come 5 days a week 😑
As a recruiter myself, I strongly believe the conventional method of applying for a job through a portal is dead. The conversion rate for screening call <> applications filed is dismal especially post hiring winter.
