Definitely , people wants to focus on health and taste with affordability and selling poha between 6:00am to 11:30am is the best timing because mostly students , working professional and gym enthusiastic people's actively looking for light breakfast in the morning also you can give subscription service to office and school but before opening any thing check demographics demand and customer behaviour data .
