Hello Everyone, I want to build a mobile application which gives all information about businesses present n currently working in the city. Can anyone please share how to make roadmap for this from research to launch. Please guide me.

I am living in tier 2 city where nothing is available online no zomato,no dunzo,no blinkit,no ola,no uber, nothing is online but there is small potential market. Suppose If I need plumber I dont have a any access to plumbing business or in person to contact plumber at my place to fix my issue. The all thing I can do is to call a one of my friend and ask for it. It's just an example but What if anyone need ambulance in urgently,I have to do the same thing and there is very less chances to get contact by calling jst one frnd or may. So the App is the mediator between need and provider in one place. Also for revenue we can charge local business to advertise on app as we got big user data as it fit in market. What do you think? Is it make sense to you,Open for any suggestion.
