Indian govt is giving some amount under few schemes to eligible startups for boosting the ecosystem & kickstart the venture. Some grants are free from any condition but some are with interest or returnable conditions.
Simply change your business policies and give tax free type schemes to global investors then they automatically invest in your state. Seriously some state cm are so uneducated and they always beg for everything.
They don't want to give free land
