To transition, focus on building technical skills relevant to your target role. Create projects that showcase these skills. Your MBA and sales experience will be a differentiator. Also, your age is an advantage - you're young enough to make a career switch without it seeming odd. Start applying to roles now, even if you don't feel 100% ready. The job description is often a wish list, not a must-have list.
