I feel that like how banking sectors had introduced more workforce to tackle their inbound clients similarly hospitals too can have dedicated RMs or Patient Managers who will help the family from the time the patient is inbound to his/her discharge.

Yes as long as you have a proper on paper plan with research backing your solution then you can start approaching local vicinity hospitals with your solution and see if they are willing to join as an pilot partner
