SEO are hard to get right instead of going through a company try to find online website such as SEMrush this is just an example there are better site then this ,will definitely provide you a better exposure in how SEO actually works ,will take your presesious time for sure . From there you can go to any 3rd party company FYI those companies use this sites only .Good luck 🤞
