Yesss. First off if you want faster results put it up in nobroker or some similar platform. Secondly running ads on Instagram. Third thr more traditional for lease banner. Even talk to your existing leaseholders if they have any contacts/leads :)

Insta ad is one great thing I see it works, cos lately I saw an ad of 30000sq. Ft. space for rent in insta few days later I read a news that a similar space is being rented by an MNC. So build it and go for an ad.
