I saw a notification on lock screen and almost panicked bad to see this shit

Is it me or others also facing bug in Notification update and notification time.

Hello fellows , I wanted to make a prototype of an earbuds that have some unique features like notification leds and notification reading,so suggest me how to done this whole thing with bare minimum knowledge
