Bruh but this is not for avg consumers. They don't even have a high electricity bill at all. Also in many places gov gives free electricity. Currently electricity is not expensive and people do not even think about it at all. But but, your problem is a very futuristic. This will work in future. When global warming hits hard. People can't live without AC and every household have min 2 ACs and there is scarcity of coal and electricity. Then this is needful. See even if you start this. You service will become a cost for them right. Then there is no point as currently numerous households avg electricity bill is below 1000
