It definitely is a good idea but the Only issues with this are Privacy and Durability of the glass And imo, it should be continued as it gives you a feeling of a covertable car without having the fear or rain or heat (because of ac)

Maybe because of privacy but japnese has technology to convert transparent glass into black metrial so outside people can't see what's going on inside the car .
