Hey everyone, I have a promising AI business plan but lack expert knowledge in the field. My options are to hire experts , which risks long-term dependency OR be partners, trusting others without knowing them is also risky , or to learn the skills myself, which may take too long. I'm seeking advice on how to proceed without falling behind in the market. Help me in this

I'd be wary of a solo non-tech founder in AI. Show you can attract talent. Partnerships or high-quality hires are a must.

The best way to go about it would be a discussion! In my opinion most of my best hires had been through the kind of quality the conversation has. For example as soon as you start talking with the other interested partner, they might be having some different priorities that you, figure those out, the intention is really important here for the long term.
