Koo's shutdown, despite public outrage towards X due to its new changes like allowing adult content and attempts to transform the free platform into a financial giant as a Super App, shows that people are reluctant to switch to a new, slightly improved solution even if their current one is unsatisfactory. This supports the statement that if you want to make a change, your solution must be 10 times better; otherwise, don't do anything..

Koo was never the "improved solution" or even a solution. Koo was shit. I'm saying this when they've been my client. The UI/UX was exactly cut copy paste and not just their revenue system was shit but their marketing and CAQ techniques were also bad.
