This supports the statement that if you want to make a change, your solution must be 10 times better; otherwise, don't do anything..

Koo was never the "improved solution" or even a solution. Koo was shit. I'm saying this when they've been my client. The UI/UX was exactly cut copy paste and not just their revenue system was shit but their marketing and CAQ techniques were also bad.
