Musthafa lived in the village where there was only single school, and when he failed in class six, he dropped out and worked with his father, his father was a labourer in Wayanad, Kerala, digging up ginger roots, cleaning it and loading in onto trucks. The kind mathematics teacher named 'Mathew Sir', came by the field and took Musthafa aside, guided him, motivated him. He advised him - When you are low on confidence, focus on small steps.
