Great question—career gaps are more common than people admit. What really matters is how you use that time and how you explain it. I got help framing my gap positively through SetMyCareer, and it made a big difference in interviews. Definitely recommend them if anyone's unsure

I really don’t care about them, usually when I’m talking to that person in an interview, until and unless it was for addiction reason. Otherwise gaps are completely normal nowadays.
