I used to own few shops in the past - Pet food and accessories shop - Mobile/Money Transfer/Recharge - Cybercafe / gaming cafe And had few investments in restaurants as well. What do you want to know exactly?

What tools you use to get feedback from customers? Traditional pen & paper or you use some tech tools?

Well these shops were operative before these tech tools were famous but I had coded my own tools in Visual Basic to take a note of the customer db, print invoices, reminders and book keeping.

Whoa man, that's insane you coded it yourself. Kudos to you. Do you think people would buy such tools to get feedback from customer? Like a kiosk setup
