What tools you use to get feedback from customers? Traditional pen & paper or you use some tech tools?

Well these shops were operative before these tech tools were famous but I had coded my own tools in Visual Basic to take a note of the customer db, print invoices, reminders and book keeping.

Whoa man, that's insane you coded it yourself. Kudos to you. Do you think people would buy such tools to get feedback from customer? Like a kiosk setup

I truely believe that there is indeed a need of a “Square” alternative in India that caters to the retail traders but many have tried and failed - Quality - Pricing - Ease to onboard - Seemless usage - Adaptibility (Change of the traditional mindset) - Also flexibility to add modules to adapt to the future
