Yeah but you still need massive investment to reach the said mechanics and to ensure branding is done right, their training etc. because if mechanic messes up something it's app owner fault. That's why I suggested you to become a bundle subscription with existing players to get an idea of how on ground reality works and collect data. That way it will be easier to onboard investors too.
