Hello, I went through your inputs and as far as info goes , I'm sure not much people go for Amazon / Flipkart for PC oriented components because they charge more compared to offline store ( because of commission, delivery etc ) So still today 70%

70%. That's impressive. I've bought laptops / PCs offline in the past and directly from Apple so my observations are different maybe. Good luck for your venture. I'm glad to hear that you are considering used electronics as well.
