Big basket is severely lagging behind, although have better proposition in the market for users, they have failed to make a remark, in users minds, this is a recurring habit product, witha lot of advertisement needed, they are giving more importance to tata neu’s platform as a whole.

That's interesting. We do not have access to any of these in our area. Zepto is missing, Swiggy quit while Blinkit delivers to limited pincodes in our city. We only have access to BBNow (Big Basket). Of course the dynamics are gonna be diverse and different from city to city but with Big Basket being present in this space since long their market share in quick commerce is disappointing. In Mumbai the young generation is heavily reliant on Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart. I hardly come across people ordering from Big Basket. Big cities are spoiled for choices always though.
