Why my profile is still 60% even I completed my profile ??

Saw a LinkedIn creator copying my posts, what should I do? I have <2k and he has 7k+ and 3-4 of my post copied as I checked his profile Also while writing I always add a small Emojis as my mark to search any copies of my posts
