The economic devide between the rich and the poor is too high. Rich already have the access to many ed-tech apps/companies providing similar services While the poor barely have access to basic education. So if you focus on the rich audience then you would have to crack a USP to attract the audience while if you target the poor then you would need to crack the low cost pricing and mass availability/adaptation.
