Equal to his/her essential expenses. Just it Nothing more Nothing less. Note that essential expenses do not include expensive suits and watches for power dynamics in board meetings. Grow up. Even if you want those items, you should still take the lowest possible amount from the balance sheet of company because you are going to make millions, not your employees.
