Its not about knowing answers to this question the thing matter is do you understand the questions/problems of indian consumer, do you understand their mentality, their attitude towards market prices according to products, their wants. And according to your understanding you come to an idea/startup for a particular set of consumer not the whole population. Hul and Nestle has soo many brands due to this reason their each product targets particular set of customer, the customer to whom they have found a solution to their problem.
