Collaboration with global tech companies can be beneficial. By setting up joint research centers and fostering collaborations with international universities and research institutes, we can accelerate our R&D efforts and learn from the best practices worldwide. Like Mercedes and their plan to set up in maharashtra. More companies like them should be brought here. We should also focus on upskilling the existing workforce. Programs aimed at continuous learning and development can turn unskilled or semi-skilled workers into a more competent R&D workforce. Online courses, certifications, and vocational training programs are valuable tools.
