So you are now an Employer not an employee, congrats💐 So, How do you know the skills you observe an candidate in front of you have? By questioning him "Sell me this Pen" a famous question always asked in interviews With the help of this question you will get to know the skills your candidate has For example ->Communication skills ->Sales ->Attitude/Behaviour ->Method ->Language ->Problem solving skills ->Creativity As an early stage startup founder/employer I would Not ask this question, I think it's out dated everyone prepare for this before interview. I am curious to get a new style of questioning to get the same answer tell me if you have one. But remember It's "shh secrets"
