Founders on medial! What is the one thing you wish you paid more attention to in the beginning? For me personally, taking care of my company on ground level was something i missed, i always looked what can be done in the future and neglected what is being done right now!! Thats how my startup failed! Would love to hear pointers from people, before i start my second innings!!!
