Razorpay/Cashfree or any platform can collect money, but they can’t keep it in their account for long, they are legally bound to send it to your current account. So you need a current account. To open a current account you need some document. You can register for a GST certificate as a sole proprietor. You’ll need someone who is willing to provide address proof for registering for GST certificate.

So I was wrong. You can accept international payments from your Individual razorpay / cashfree account, no need for GSTIN or any company details. You just have to connect your PayPal account with your payment gateway.
