This idea is already working in Japan so yes that's totally legal untill and unless your app start using girl like prostitutes also for legalization you can do KYC of every person before renting any girl for show-off. That's a actual great idea and start this as soon as possible with proper verification and agreement type things . US , Japan , china and other developed countries already make this legal
