𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴: 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗥𝗼𝘄? 📉   An edtech startup for influencers, Frontrow was a platform for you to learn creative skills such as singing, dancing, content creation, and even how to eSports gaming and comedy by professionals. Founded in 2022, Frontrow had it all and was successful in gaining huge initial  Traction by partnering with popular creators and offering engaging online courses. So what went wrong?   • Scaling challenge: Due to COVID, demand spiked, but the userbase soon 📉.   • Lack of funding: Even after raising 18m dollars, onboarding popular creators and a lower course price led them to run out of money.   • Operational inefficiency: Due to high growth in a short time period, Frontrow failed to optimize ops efficiently.   The end:   In 2023, frontrow announced that they are shutting down their ops completely.   In my view It was a promising startup which had potential to boost our youth skills and motivate them towards more creative careers.
