I'm thinking of starting an export buisness. Not sure which type of business should I register with? Partnership/Private Limited/LLP. To be specific, I'm not sure if the importers are looking for a more credible organization like pvt ltd. to do business with. PS: I'm planning to export wide variety of agri products both processed and raw.

Private limited is fine but considering all the documentation while registering, auditing etc. should we consider LLP? Since LLP is formed by govt. combining the flexibility of partnership and limited liability of pvt. Ltd. Curious to know how others feel about it.
