The thing is there is merely a less chance for an early stage startup to go banger within few years of engagement with clients. Especially the companies which on focus on tech. And why would techies join these early stage startups where there is lesser job security and strenuous work. Although what they receive is a point to be questioned about, but yeah the above points are still the top priority.
