What's the use case and blue collar jobs are only made for poor people so they never give you revenue and time because they have less time for using apps like that. Most probably they invest their free time in other addictive social media apps . You can make job app for blue collar jobs but still how you create that user base ? I think you should go for agency where you can take contact and do blue collar jobs with your blue collar team
