If you are ready to onboard a co founder then offer him atleast 40%. And divide that into 3-4 yrs like every year he will get 10% .only then you can kick him off if he don't perform.

It depends if your product requires 3 4 persons as a founding team then its not good but if you want ki someone will do equal efforts as yours then you have to keep him nearby equal ..and this is only for 2 founders company.

But isn’t the person joining a product which already has traction. You have to think more dilution will happen when investors come into place.

That also depends on situations if somebody will come at small stage and offer 5cr and want 60% with equally involved then also its a good deal.its a pure deal nothing else
