Identifying the right person to network with! šŸ¤”šŸ‘‰šŸ¤µ Hey guys! Yesterday, we discussed the mindset you need for networkingā€”understanding your "why" and your goals. I also shared tips on identifying genuine connections. Today, building on that, let's address a common mistake: choosing the right person to network with. Here are five crucial questions to ask yourself: 1.Does this person align with my goals? 2.What value can they bring to my network? 3. Are they trustworthy and credible? 4. Do they share similar values or interests? 5. Will this connection be mutually beneficial? These questions will guide you in making meaningful connections. So, when considering these questions, ensure everything aligns to your benefit. You might wonder why I emphasize benefits repeatedly. It's because I want to prevent scenarios like the medical and tech example I mentioned. You shouldn't engage if there's no mutual benefit. It all boils down to your goals. Many more to come! Just the basicsā˜ļø
