Sure everyone wants to escape the corporate ladder, but the dependency they will have on corporate will be too much to take any action.

Well, most people will have atleast a car loan or a home loan they gotta pay, or even the student loan they had used to actually study. If they go out of the corporate world, they won't have a steady income and it will be difficult for many.
Its a never ending cycle then, your loans will never end, your emi's will never end. If you want to do something you work for it
