Skilled workers is a big problem but New concept has come up, why to hire people full time which increases the cost of new startup, just hire virtual assistants & freelancers to complete your work. Startups can exprore and get freelancer from all around the world with some mind-blowing skill. It's like a renting skill.

We don't have skilled workforce we only know in the textbook lesson but startup/big company need skilled workers they are many job vacancies but not enough skilled workers

Before there used to be no proper education and hence the people work wherever they got to work but now people are getting educated and they are demanding a job with some class and thats way labour are less and unemployment is high, but vacancy is less in corporate and more in construction field L&T has vacancy for 45,000 workers.
