Random But something I find personally very interesting. Highest Record Sales (by artists and bands collectively):- The Beatles are the best-selling artists of all time with over 420 million equivalent album sales, followed by Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley. Michael Jackson is the top-selling solo artist with nearly 340 million sales, closely followed by Elvis Presley. Madonna leads female artists with about 250 million sales, ahead of Celine Dion (200 million) and Taylor Swift (180 million). Currently, the most popular artists based on streaming data are Drake, Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, and BTS, with the latter benefiting significantly from strong album sales. Mostly from streaming platforms and services. Can you imagine the lifetime revenue it gets to companies like Sony, and other record labels? 👑🌍
