Haha man, im still young but i have people surrounding me from various nackgrounds in BTech and stuff, my cousin(Btech) has told me stuff like, upskill yourself, make projects, be a beast in the field you are, now it wouldnt matter what college youre from, let it be tier 3 or top notch, do internships (no matter if theyre not paying, you need shit in your prtfolio) yep so one short answer is to build your portfolia and make it more impressive than the peeps from IITs and IIMs :)
