First of all you need to change the audio, either you can directly override the audio with your own voice, or if you are fixated on computer generated voice, you may use the voices used in memes or other reels. Secondly, in the video where we see the screen of phone, the screen should have a layout of instagram reel around it with liked and comment button visible. Thirdly, if possible you need to remove the part of toilet as it is not instagram friendly and can be concieved in a negative way
